Your Airpods Pro 3, Looked after.
Cleaning
Wipe each AirPod and the case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. To clean the meshes (including the bottom mic), lightly saturate a clean soft-bristled brush with a little micellar water and brush each mesh in small circles for about 15 seconds, then blot on a paper towel — repeat, then rinse the brush with distilled water and go over the meshes again. Clean only the meshes; avoid other areas. For the case, a cloth slightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol is fine — never let liquid reach the charging port. Don’t use sharp tools or abrasive materials.
Charging
Charge by placing both AirPods in the case, then charge the case over USB-C, on a MagSafe or Qi wireless charger, or with an Apple Watch charger. Note Apple no longer includes a cable in the box, so use any USB-C cable you have. A quick 5 minutes in the case gives about an hour of listening; a full case charge tops the buds up several times. Keep the case charged — you don’t need to fully drain them first — and avoid charging in direct heat.
Storage
Always keep your AirPods in the case when not in use — it protects them and keeps them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If storing for a long time, leave them around half-charged and top up occasionally.
Daily care
Return them to the case between uses, and wipe them down with a soft dry cloth after workouts or a rain splash before putting them back in the case. Keep them out of pockets with keys or coins — the glossy finish scratches easily.
Ear tips
Your Pro 3 comes with five silicone tip sizes (XXS, XS, S, M, L) — use the size that seals comfortably for the best fit and noise cancellation. To clean, gently pull the tips off and rinse them with water only (no soap or cleaners), wipe with a soft dry cloth, and make sure they’re fully dry before clicking them back on. The tips are oval, so line them up before pressing them into place.

Check your product's status
My AirPods won't pair
Put both AirPods in the case and open the lid next to your phone. If they still don’t appear, go to your Bluetooth settings, remove (forget) the AirPods, then re-pair them. If that fails, reset them (see below) and try again.
One earbud isn't working
Check that both have charge — place them in the case for a few minutes. Clean the charging contacts on the AirPod and inside the case with a dry cloth, as buildup can stop one side charging. Check your device’s audio balance is centred. If one side stays silent, reset the AirPods.
Charging problems
Make sure the AirPods are seated properly in the case and the case itself has charge. Try a different cable and power source. Gently clean the case’s charging port and the contacts. If the case won’t charge at all, contact us.
How to reset my AirPods+
Put both AirPods in the case and close the lid for 30 seconds, then open it. The Pro 3 case has no button — instead, press and hold the touch sensor on the front of the case (just under the lip) for about 15 seconds until the light flashes amber, then white. Your AirPods are reset and ready to pair again.
